You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. To affect your next order, changes must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date. If you cancel, your subscription will end after your next scheduled delivery.

To pause your subscription for up to eight weeks, please follow these steps.
Sign in to your account where you will see the details of your next subscription order.
Select “view details”.
Select “more” to open the options menu
Select “pause”, and select whether you want to pause your subscription for four, six, or eight weeks.
You will see that your subscription has updated to show your next billing date.

To unpause earlier, just select “more” and then “unpause”

To skip your next delivery:
Sign in to your account where you will see the details of your next subscription order.
Select “skip”, and select when you would like your next order to be sent out

To cancel your subscription entirely
Sign in to your account where you will see the details of your next subscription order.
Select “view details”.
Select “more” to open the options menu
Select “cancel”, and confirm your choice.
