Subscription Plans

When you subscribe to any Neutonic product, you’ll be charged an initial payment followed by regular payments at the frequency you choose. By subscribing, you agree to these recurring charges until you cancel your subscription.

Subscription Payments

We’ll automatically charge your chosen payment method at each billing cycle until you cancel your subscription through the subscription portal using the Cancel Subscription button.

Your first payment is taken at checkout. Future payments will be charged on the same date as your initial order

If a payment fails, your order won’t be shipped. Once payment is successful, your subscription will continue as normal.

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel anytime in the subscription portal. Cancellations take effect after your next scheduled delivery.

Eg: If you cancel on September 15 and your next delivery is September 17, that will be your final order.

Product Availability

All subscription orders depend on product availability. If a product isn’t available, your order for that period may be cancelled and you won’t be charged.

Amending or Pausing Your Order

You can delay, skip, or cancel an upcoming order by giving at least 5 days’ notice before your next billing date. You can also pause your subscription indefinitely at any time.

Changing Your Subscription

You can change your subscribed product or flavour in the customer portal. If you need help, contact our customer support team.
