If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review this quickly and arrange a suitable resolution. Please note that once your parcel has left our warehouse, delivery is handled by the courier, but we’re here to help if something isn’t right. If there's an issue with a product, please provide the batch number, which can be found on the bottom of the can, or pill bottle, or on the box that the sachets and creatine are sent in.
