We ship our orders from the following locations:
Australia: Creatine is shipped from our Australian fulfilment centre, all other australian products are shipped from the UK
UAE: Ships within the UAE
USA: Ships to USA, Canada, Central & South America
Orders to all other countries are shipped from the UK.

If you are ordering from outside one of these locations, please be aware that you may be subject to additional charges, such as duties, tariffs, or taxes, depending on the value of your order.

These fees are imposed by your country’s government on imported goods, and unfortunately, we are unable to control or waive them.

Please note that for orders shipping to the EU, duty is not applied to orders under €150; however, VAT and/or customs processing fees may still apply.
We are unable to calculate these fees prior to your order, but your country’s tax, revenue, or imports agency should be able to provide you with this information.

Please note that if you do not wish to pay the additional charges imposed by your government, we will only refund your item costs if the order is returned to us. Some customs agencies impose a fee to return items to their origin; we will also subtract this from any refund paid out.
