Eligibility:
All customers with an active product subscription purchased directly from neutonic.com after 07 August, 2025 are eligible to participate in the program automatically. Subscription purchases made before this date do not count towards rewards.
How does it work?
- Rewards are tracked per product subscription. Subscribing to multiple products (even in the same order) means you’ll earn rewards for each product separately.
- If you pause your subscription, you’ll keep your existing progress. Your reward track picks up right where you left off.

When do I receive my rewards?
- First-order rewards are added automatically at checkout, and subsequent rewards ship with your qualifying subscription order
- Milestone rewards (4th, 8th, and 12th orders) are shipped with your regular subscription delivery once the milestone is reached. After your 12th order, your subscription will continue as normal and the rewards cycle will restart from the beginning.
- If a reward item is out of stock, we’ll replace it with something of equal or greater value, or issue credit.
- Please contact the Customer Support team within 14 days of receiving your order if your reward is missing.
Please note that we reserve the right to withhold rewards or cancel subscriptions if any abuse is suspected. Reward items and availability are subject to change without notice, depending on product stock and availability.
