If you made your purchase through Amazon or TikTok, please reach out to their support centre.

We can only accept returns only if the items are still sealed in the same condition as they were sent, and if the return request was made within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns for opened trays, sachet packets, or opened brain capsule bottles; this is for food safety reasons.

UK Returns
If you’re returning from within the UK, you will receive a link to generate a free Royal Mail returns label. Once you’ve dropped off your parcel, it will be sent back to our fulfilment centre. Please allow up to five working days for your return to be processed after it’s received. Once processed, your refund will be issued and should appear in your account within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.

If you are returning from outside of the UK to our UK fulfilment centre, you will be provided with the return address. You will need to purchase shipping yourself; we recommend a tracked service, in case there are issues with delivery. Please allow up to five working days for your return to be processed after it’s received. Once processed, your refund will be issued and should appear in your account within 3–5 working days, depending on your bank.

USA & AUS returns
We’ll send you a prepaid shipping label which you can use to drop off at any collection point. Once you’ve dropped off your parcel, it will be sent back to our fulfilment centre. Please allow up to five working days for your return to be processed after it’s received. If you are returning from outside of the US to our US fulfilment centre, you will be provided with the return address. UAE
Once you have contacted customer support, a local courier will be in touch within two working days to arrange collection.
