Once your order is placed, it is transmitted to our fulfilment team for processing and dispatch. This process is very fast, so that we can get your order out to you as soon as we can.

If you want to cancel your order, or change your address, please contact our Customer Support team to cancel the order from here. If it is able to be cancelled, we will do so. Please note that we are not able to make changes to items in an order, and once our fulfilment team have begun processing your order it can no longer be cancelled.

If you want to change an item in your order, or change the delivery address, please request cancellation of your order. When the cancellation is confirmed, please place your order again.
